Florida revisited

From the Carolina's we dropped south, sadly to attend the funeral of our good friend George Henry. We had the chance to catch up with his wonderful family and lucky enough to spend Thanksgiving in their company.

We also took time out to revisit Jacksonville, the St John's river and the Florida coast, driving on Daytona Beach in the van for the first time and finally getting into shorts after a summer spent in Alaska and Canada. Rachel managed to enjoy a yoga class in Memorial Park with her former teacher Brenda, somewhere she went every 1st Sunday back in 2003 - 2004. It was sad to leave - heading to Atlanta and home for Christmas, but Ethan couldn't always be around to protect the neighbourhood mailboxes from Rachel's reversing.
